From a very young age I developed a love for sports; ran track, played volleyball, and softball. I worked out in numerous gyms along the way and tried almost everything typical gyms had to offer. I started CrossFit in 2014 and found what would change everything about fitness for me. I loved CrossFit from the moment I did that first W.O.D. and have never looked back. CrossFit has not only taken me to the next level of fitness, but has offered me friendships, encouragement, and an amazing community of other athletes. CrossFit brings people together and the community, that is CrossFit, it’s inspiring and contagious. I received my CrossFit Level 1 certification in 2014 and began my journey as a trainer. I never stopped learning as a coach and athlete. As a coach I love seeing CrossFitters crush their goals and immediately set their sights on new ones.
