Workouts are scaled for all levels to prepare you for the standard Workout Of the Day (W.O.D.). Mixed Level classes are open to all members regardless of experience, and any workout can be scaled to any fitness or skill level. In addition, workouts can be modified for those with injuries, those coming back from a long hiatus, or any other circumstance.

ICF CROSSFIT KIDS & TEENS
CrossFit Kids & Teens is a strength-and-conditioning program that is specially designed for kids & teenagers and their specific developmental needs and helps them to develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, kids & teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. CrossFit Kids & Teens workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general (B.I.G.) and are scalable for any participant at any level.
Nutrition is the foundation of health and fitness, and we want you to have every advantage when it comes to achieving your goals. A basic understanding of proper nutrition will give you a head start on your journey. A nutrition seminar will be given periodically to provide you with the necessary information to clean up your diet and fuel your body for optimal performance.
