I’ve followed most of these websites for the past few years and they are amazing at putting out great information. These are websites I not only subscribe to but follow on Facebook to stay up to date on all the latest Paleo/Primal news and information.
Sarah Fragroso at Everyday Paleo is the author of Everyday Paleo and Everyday Paleo Family Cookbook: Real Food for Real Life. Sarah is a Mom to three growing boys and her books and website helped me so much in my journey to transition my own family. The Everyday Paleowebsite and podcast changed the way I cooked for my family. She helped me to see that the whole family will benefit from a gluten-free, grain free, Paleo lifestyle. Her recipes are amazing and her books should be in every Paleo kitchen!
If you are looking to take your Paleo journey to the next level then I highly suggest Dallas and Melissa Hartwig at Whole Nine Life. They have a great new book It Starts with Food: Discover the Whole30 and Change Your Life in Unexpected Ways, and free blog with tons of information. They will help you tighten up your diet and find what really works for your own body. Some people need to remove more than wheat, gluten and dairy from their diets to get their health in order.
Diane Sanfilippo at Balanced Bites is the author of another must have new book and cookbook, Practical Paleo: A Customized Approach to Health and a Whole-Foods Lifestyle. Her website and podcasts are full of incredible information and I visit her website daily. Diane is also and creator of The 21-Day Sugar Detox a terrific program to help cut the sugar cravings through a Paleo diet.
Chris Kresser is a licensed acupuncturist and practitioner of integrative medicine. His website is full of scientific information if you really want to learn all there is to learn about Paleo and the body. Chris is the creator of The Personal Paleo Code a program that is designed just for YOU. I highly recommend this program to all people new and old to the Paleo Lifestyle.
Even though I knew about the Paleo lifestyle prior to Robb Wolf and his amazing books, blog and podcasts he was the first one to get me to commit to the 30 day challenge and eventually change my life forever. Back when I was a marathon runner I tried to switch to Paleo without success. Robb Wolf is a Biochemist and through his knowledge, easy to read and understand books was what finally helped me to start my Paleo journey.
Before I discovered Paleo there was Mark’s Daily Apple created by Mark Sisson. Who is the author of The Primal Blueprint: Reprogram your genes for effortless weight loss, vibrant health, and boundless energy, The Primal Blueprint 21-Day Total Body Transformation: A step-by-step, gene reprogramming action plan, and Primal Blueprint Quick and Easy Meals: Delicious, Primal-approved meals you can make in under 30 minutes. After having some issues following a NPC Figure Competition a good friend told me that she gave up all wheat and gluten and told me about Mark’s Daily Apple. I can honestly say that in August of 2009 that website changed my life. I am so thankful to Kendall for referring me to this amazing website. It was just the kickstart I needed to then keep researching and learing over the past two years.
Juli is the creator of PaleOMG a great Paleo food blog. I discovered her site a few months ago and I immediately subscribed to her daily emails. I seriously look forward to checking my email every week day morning at 4:30 a.m. just to read what she’s posted. She makes me laugh out loud and she posts great recipes to boot.
Paleo Magazine has gathered the best Paleo recipes from around the web. Great resource!
