Squat Clean (No Measure)
2 Rounds of:
10 Good Mornings
10 Pass Throughs
2:00 Each Leg Couch Stretch
Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean
Build over the course of the 10 sets to something heavy for today. If you are power cleaning, then squatting, that is NOT a Squat Clean. Drop the weights and work the technique.
